# Homepage Layout
**Spotlight** supports customizing **Homepage Layout** in your publication. You have **4 settings** to choose from:
1. **Big carousel**
2. **Small carousel**
3. **Big grid**
4. **Small grid**
## **Big carousel**
This setting will set all of the categories (tags) that you choose in form of sliders with **3 slides per view**.
### **To customize:**
* Go to **Settings > Design & branding** from the admin menu
* Click **Homepage** in the **Design** settings sidebar on the right
* Enter **tag slugs** in **Enter tag slugs for big carousel** menu item text input
## **Small carousel**
This setting will set all of the categories (tags) that you choose in form of sliders with **4 slides per view**.
### **To customize:**
* Go to **Settings > Design & branding** from the admin menu
* Click **Homepage** in the **Design** settings sidebar on the right
* Enter **tag slugs** in **Enter tag slugs for small carousel** menu item text input
## **Big grid**
This setting will set all of the categories (tags) that you choose in form of grid with **4 post cards per row.** It will show 8 posts max, and if a category (tag) has more than 8 posts, **Load more button** will show up.
### **To customize:**
* Go to **Settings > Design & branding** from the admin menu
* Click **Homepage** in the **Design** settings sidebar on the right
* Enter **tag slugs** in **Enter tag slugs for big grid** menu item text input

To customize **Latest** posts section, enter **`latest`** inside rather **Enter tag slugs for big grid** or **Enter tag slugs for small grid** menu items text inputs, without entering any other tag slugs. Latest posts section will always be last on the homepage!

## **Small grid**
This setting will set all of the categories (tags) that you choose in form of grid with 2 **post cards per row.** It will show 8 posts max, and if a category (tag) has more than 8 posts, **Load more button** will show up.
### **To customize:**
* Go to **Settings > Design & branding** from the admin menu
* Click **Homepage** in the **Design** settings sidebar on the right
* Enter **tag slugs** in **Enter tag slugs for small grid** menu item text input
