Archive Pages (Authors/Categories)

To present all authors or all categories (tags) from your website, you can add a custom authors and categories pages.

Pitch has the Archive template, which can be used for:

  1. Authors page, which shows all authors of your publication;

  2. Categories Page, which shows all categories (tags) of your publication;

Authors and categories pages is not required, but you can add them.

To create the Authors or Categories page:

  1. Go to Pages from the admin menu

  2. Click the New page button in the top right corner

  3. Add a title (e.g. 'Authors' or 'Categories').

  4. Add a small description text for this page

  5. Choose the Archive option

  6. Find the Tags selector

  7. Click Publish

Click icon in the top right corner to open the Page settings

Click the Template selector

Add the tag #authors-page or add the tag #categories-page , so template can understand, for which page it is used
